Ingredients :~
1. Mince 1/2 kg
2. Salt 1 tsp
3. Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp heaped
4. Green chilly 10 grind
5. Bhuna Chana or besan bhuna 2 tbsp
6. Red chilly 10 grind
7 All spice 1 tsp
8. Chopped mint 1 tbsp
9. Ginger / garlic 2 tsp leveled
10. Papaya 1-2 tsp
11. Poppy seeds 1 tbsp grind
12. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Directions :~
Mix all the ingredients well in mince and knead well.
Keep for 2 hours. The mixture stickly dampen hands and mould in small flat
kababs. Heat a little oil on tawa and shallow fry them. Cover and cook till
done.
