Ingredients :~
1. Green chilies small ones whole 4
2. Chili powder 1 tsp
3. Tomatoes 4 finely chopped
4. Kalonji 1/2 tsp
5. Onions 1 fried light golden
6. Bhindi 1/2 kg
7. Oil 1/2 cup
8. Haldi 1/2 tsp
9. Salt 1 tsp heaped
10. Garlic 1 tsp
Directions :~
Fry Bhindi in oil till slightly brown. Than in the same oil fry garlic, salt,
Chilly powder and Haldi bhuno by adding in little water and add chopped tomatoes
cook on slow fire lastly add in fried Bhindi, green chilies and brown fried
onions than leave it on dam for 10 minutes.
